Welcome to TriCore Sports Performance!

Hello! We are Katie Boyce and Samantha Fuller, both NASM certified Personal trainers and Functional Aging Specialists with 10+ years of training experience. We are contracting out our services to run sports performance classes out of the Explosion Fastpitch Softball Facility in Danville, IN.

You want your young athlete to reach their full potential, and so do we! Our mission is to enhance performance by providing functional training, mobility and injury prevention instruction, along with sport specific movement.

1. Physical development: Your child is still growing and developing. A well-structured training program can enhance their muscular strength, cardiovascular health & their bone density.

2. Skill development: We aim to enhance all of the fundamental movement skills such as explosiveness, running, throwing, jumping, ect. Continuing to hone these skills will improve their overall athletic performance in any sport they choose..

3. Strength & agility training: Through specific exercises & drills, your athlete will improve their core strength, balance, body control and speed.

4. Long-term athletic development and preparation: Starting with sports performance training at a young age will help your athlete be a step ahead of the competition. Through our training program, your child will be better prepared for the higher-level training they will encounter as they get older.
